Fraud warning, They charged for a providing service on a front differential. Went to another dealer because of leaking fluid and found out did not have front differential and fluids were not changed. When called to let Asst Service Manager know that it was not done he became extremely defensive and called other dealer idiots even after i sent pictures showing no tool marks on fill and drain plugs. The service dept closed early and kept my car hostage the entire weekend for an oil change. I dropped off my car early Saturday morning and was told I would receive a call when my oil change was completed and an Uber would be arranged to pick me up. When I didnβt get a call by 4:30 I started calling the dealership, but only got a recording saying my car would be taken in an order which it was received. My vehicle was in the shop for almost a month. When I picked up the vehicle the dealership had expedited a part at a cost of $48.00 and charged me for the "customer service". I paid the balance of the bill and left. Prior to filing the receipt I reviewed the details and found a charge of 3% for use of a credit card. At no time was this charge pointed out to me.

Not to happy there was oil on the engine, dipstick was left half way out and cover for air filter was not sealed completely. Noticed the above when we opened the hood to verify your battery comments regarding terminals.

Service is great they get you in and out fast. They alway give good recommendations on future services needed but donβt try to push. Mike is friendly and happy to answer all my questions!

Horrible experience with this dealership. Drove two hours to go buy a car, which I called ahead to make sure they still have it. They told me yes and as soon as I got there they told me it was sold. They didnβt have the decency to let me know ahead of time. Gary, Tessa and Tanya were horrible at communicating with me. What angers me more is they still advertise that the car is available for purchase. Donβt waste your time and go somewhere else.
